Doug Field served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at PHASE Scientific Americas from 2021 to 2024, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s commercial success, achieving over $150 million in sales. As the first commercial hire, he built a broad customer base across healthcare, retail, e-commerce, distribution, and wholesale channels, while also establishing and leading a 15-member sales and marketing team.

Known for his strong networking and customer relationship skills, Doug brought valuable commercial and marketing resources that accelerated growth. His proactive, high-energy approach helped PHASE quickly capture market share. Beyond sales and marketing, he contributed to product development, logistics, and executive decision-making, helping transition PHASE from a pre-revenue startup to a fully operational commercial company.
